Cloudspire Voice — Cloud Communications Platform
Last updated: April 7, 2026
Cloudspire Voice ("we," "our," or "us") provides cloud-based business phone system services, including the Cloudspire Voice mobile application and web portal. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Account Information — Your name, email address, extension number, and organization name as configured by your system administrator.
Call Data — Call records including caller and recipient numbers, call duration, timestamps, and call disposition. Call recordings when enabled by your organization's policy.
Messages — SMS and internal messages sent and received through the platform, including message content and timestamps.
Voicemail — Voicemail recordings and transcriptions.
Contacts — Phonebook contacts stored within the Cloudspire Voice system. If you grant permission, the app accesses your device contacts solely to display caller names and enable quick dialing. We do not upload, store, or share your device contacts.
Device Information — Device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens required for delivering incoming call and message notifications.
Audio — Microphone access is used exclusively for making and receiving phone calls. We do not record, analyze, or transmit audio except as part of an active phone call or when call recording is enabled by your organization.
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS/DTLS-SRTP) for all voice calls and data communications. Authentication credentials are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing. Access tokens use short-lived JWT with secure refresh token rotation.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide our services:
Call records, messages, and voicemails are retained according to your organization's configured retention policies. Default retention periods are 365 days for call records and messages, and 30 days for voicemail recordings. Your organization's administrator may adjust these periods.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's system administrator or by contacting us directly. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA.
Cloudspire Voice is a business communications tool and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Cloudspire Voice does not support emergency calling (911/E911). This application uses Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology. Emergency calls cannot be placed through this application. In an emergency, use a traditional landline or cellular telephone to contact emergency services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
